Taking everyday recipes to the next level can be as simple as swapping out classic ingredients, which is what we’ve done with our spicy chorizo, harissa & barley risotto. Barley contributes more fibre but fewer calories than rice, and adds a pleasant, nutty flavour that complements the chorizo.
UK nutritional guidelines suggest we eat two portions of fish per week, with at least one being a fatty variety, like salmon – with only eight ingredients, our pan-fried salmon with braised Little Gem lettuce is a simple yet impressive way to reach this target, while our sriracha lime prawn linguine is packed with vitamin C and iron.
